Day 2 Welches, OR. 75 miles 3,150 ft climb

Ride through rolling, lush, green countryside.  Terry's words were "unbelievable, fantastic, amazing".  Again, the day started cloudy and cool, but the sun came out as they got to the outskirts of Portland and they had great weather the rest of the day.  Again, they were along the Columbia River, often on great bike paths.   Mt. Hood was visible most of the ride, and was looming huge.   Everyone stopped for multiple photo ops. And they were warned that the real climbs begin tomorrow.
